Bike Collection for Bikes for the World at REI Rockville
So What Else will be hosting a bike collection event for a great organization called Bikes for the World.
BFW collects and donates quality used bikes to people and institutions in developing countries all over the world.
Please bring your used bike and help someone in need!
Volunteers are also needed to help spread the word and prep the bikes for shipment.
Bike to the Beach New England
SWE will provide support recruiting volunteers for stations along the route.
Kingman Camp Youth Combine with Save Youth Football
Join So What Else at our Kingman summer camp, as we organize a special activity for the day–a combine for the youth to show off their football skills! Volunteers will be working in a high-energy, outdoor environment with children ages 6-13. We would like to have one or two volunteers running stations fairly independently. We will have some time at the beginning of the day to do a brief training on how stations work, but prior knowledge of football and combines will be extremely helpful.
